About Karen

Karen Davis-Pritchett is the President and Creator of Strong and Beautiful, a Life Navigation Brand. She serves as a Life Navigator Coach, facilitates workshops and is a dynamic speaker. Karen has created space for women in every season of life.

Additionally, she is a Lead Consultant for Pritchett Group Consulting, where she leverages her skills as an Executive Leadership Coach, advisor and consultant for businesses and organizations.

Karen's Life Navigation approach is grounded in the S.T.R.O.N.G. Framework, built from her background in executive leadership and mid-level leader development, paired with a graduate degree in Community Counseling from Howard University.

While Karen draws on this academic foundation to inform how she listens, coaches, and guides others through change, Life Navigation sessions are coaching — not therapy or clinical counseling.

The S.T.R.O.N.G. Framework is designed to support women in cultivating confidence, enhancing leadership, elevating authentic voices, and strengthening community presence. S.T.R.O.N.G provides space and opportunity for women to participate in self-exploration and development, that leads to purposeful living.
