Think about it…my statement is powerful and true!
When we take the time to intentionally pause and think, reflect, and slow down… It can release the power of creativity, purpose and unbotheredness.
In the pause we can plan and be deliberate in our execution of our plans, dreams, purpose and how we expend our energy. Stop rushing and being ineffective! I challenge all of us to slow down, take that pause and harness its power.
Yes, there is incredible power in the pause.
